Intern Job Announcement

Follum Hydrologic Solutions, LLC (FHS), is looking to hire an engineering intern for a 3 to 12-month paid internship, with the possibility for further employment based on the internship
experience. The intern will join in the mission of FHS to “provide innovative and state-of-the- art solutions to hydrologic and geospatial problems”. Tasks for the job include the following:
 

  • Work with engineers on projects, which include:
    1.) flood mapping
    2.) gap-crossing / mobility assessments
    3.) irrigation infrastructure analysis
    4.) water depletion studies
    5.) geographic information systems
    6.) programming, etc.
     
  • Assist in documentation (user manuals, journal papers, reports, etc.) on methods
    and data.

 

Skills: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GIS (beneficial but not required), programming (beneficial but not required), hard-working, positive attitude, teachable/willing to learn,
commitment to quality work.


Pay Rate: $15 – $23/hr (based on skills and work experience).


Location: Working at the FHS office in Casper, WY, is preferrable, but remote employees
will also be considered based on skills, work experience, and references.

ENGINEER JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Follum Hydrologic Solutions, LLC (FHS), is looking to hire an engineer with 7+ years of experience to join in the mission of FHS to “provide innovative and state-of-the-art solutions
to hydrologic and geospatial problems”. Tasks for the job include the following:
 

  • Provide engineering services on projects, which include
    1.) flood mapping
    2.) gap-crossing /mobility assessments
    3.) irrigation infrastructure analysis
    4.) water depletion studies
    5.) geographic information systems
    6.) programming, etc.

  • Provide documentation (user manuals, journal papers, reports, etc.) on methods and data.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to interns and less-experienced employees.
  • Develop new customers and business areas that coincide with the goals of FHS.

 

Requirements: A Master of Science or PhD in an ABET accredited engineering program.
Experience in at least 3 of the 6 engineering services listed.


Pay Rate: Wage will be negotiated based on experience.
